Valentine's 2010

Sorry that I couldn't come up with a more clever post title, but it is Monday. Last night, my roommate Enid and I threw a little grilling party for some friends of ours [and ourselves, of course!]. The boys were in charge of grilling the steaks; Enid and I handled the rest, which included but was not limited to: stuffed tomatoes, shrimp paesano, oven-roasted potatoes, gnocchi, cream cheese brownies, chocolate cupcakes, and garlic bread! It was a feast. Did I forget to mention the wine? Oh yeah, there were several bottles inhaled by the end of the night and a mini dance party was the result. But it was a complete blast, and since I am not a big fan of celebrating V-Day, this definitely was my top ranked experience. Here are some pics:
